Thermal Belt Rail Trail

Officially opened in 2019, our 13.58 mile multi-use greenway parallels beautiful Main Street in Spindale and connects four municipalities in Rutherford County. 

 

Rest up on shady benches along the trail or cross over Main Street to one of our excellent restaurants.  Healthy cuisine, home cooked meals, American favorites, and craft beers await you just off the trail. 

Need a bike tune-up? A public bike repair station is located along the trail between North Oak Street and Spindale Street.

Don't worry if you don't have a bike -- rent one in downtown Spindale!
