** Outdoor Accessory Structures In Spindale - Any building greater than 99 square feet requires a zoning permit.  This includes but is not limited to: Barns, garages, carports, utility buildings, gazebos, etc. built on site or pre-manufactured and set up.  Structures larger that 99 square feet sometimes require building permits.  Please contact Zoning or Town clerk for additional information.  Fines can be considered when violations are issued.
