INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Spindale will accept sealed bids for the construction of the NORTH SLOPE project located 164 Mill Street, Spindale, NC 28160.
Bid Documents:
Bid Documents for the work may be obtained from the Landscape Architect Destination by Design Studios, PLLC. All documents will be issued electronically in .pdf format after making a request from
https://dbdplanning.com/active-bids/ . Requests for documents shall include company name, address, phone number, and contact email.
Sealed Bids:
Sealed bids will be received and opened publicly on April 25th, 2024 at 11:00 AM at The Spindale House located at 119 Tanner Street, Spindale, NC 28160, and should be clearly marked “NORTH SLOPE” and addressed to G. Scott Webber, Town Manager.
The Town of Spindale reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Town of Spindale will accept sealed bids for ABATEMENTS OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

Sealed Bids:
Sealed bids will be received and opened publicly on May 15, 2024 at 3:00 PM at The Spindale Town Hall located at 125 Reveley St, Spindale, NC 28160, and should be clearly marked “ABATEMENTS OF PUBLIC NUISANCE” and addressed to Will Stroupe, Planning and Zoning Administrator.
The Town of Spindale reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
